Bruno Leonardo

Bruno L. Kmita Passos is an experienced professional in operations and technology, currently serving as Head of Operations at Hashdex since July 2018. Prior to this role, Bruno worked at Polo Capital for a decade, where responsibilities included software engineering, risk management, and the development of new risk systems. Bruno's career began in IT roles with positions at RiskControl, Globo.com, and TIM Brasil, where expertise in system integration, project management, and product development were demonstrated. Bruno holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an undergraduate degree in Electronic and Computing Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
