Neeharika Sompalli is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing high-performance decentralized applications, primarily using Java for Hedera Services. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Hashgraph since May 2022, Neeharika has previously held roles including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Hedera Hashgraph, where significant contributions were made in core feature development and feature enhancements. Prior experiences include software engineering positions at MathWorks, focusing on MATLAB Report Generator APIs, and Bosch Engineering GmbH, where adeptness in engine management systems was demonstrated. Neeharika holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
