Catherine Kernohan

Catherine Kernohan is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational growth, currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Partner at HashiCorp since August 2023. With extensive experience as a Freelance Coach from April 2014 to August 2023, Catherine has held various leadership roles, including Organisation Development Manager and Learning and Development Business Partner at Oxford University Press, and Head of Learning and Development at Oxfam.
