Colleen Fukui-Sketchley

Colleen Fukui-Sketchley is an accomplished leader in diversity and inclusion with extensive experience in corporate environments. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity at HashiCorp since October 2019, Colleen previously held the position of Senior Director, Diversity & Inclusion and Head of the F5 Foundation at F5 Networks from February 2018 to July 2019. At F5, responsibilities included developing and integrating D&I strategies into global business operations. Colleen's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Nordstrom, where from 1995 to 2016, efforts focused on strategic inclusion initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, and community partnerships. An alumna of the University of Washington with a BA in Speech Communication, Colleen also pursued further education at Cornell University.
