Ivette Guintu

Ivette Guintu, MPH, is a seasoned expert in talent and leadership development with extensive experience in designing and implementing employee and leadership programs. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Development at HashiCorp, Ivette leads a global team that has established a comprehensive competency-based curriculum and various leadership initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Talent Development at HashiCorp, Learning Solutions Program Manager, and Manager of Learning Solution at MINDBODY, and Leadership Development Project Manager at The Walt Disney Company. Ivette has also worked as a consultant and trainer, focusing on organizational development and coaching. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an MPH in Global Public Health from the University of Southern California.
