Jennifer Hanussak

Jennifer Hanussak is a seasoned professional in R&D operations with extensive experience across various roles in the technology and design sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of R&D Operations at HashiCorp since September 2019, Jennifer expanded leadership responsibilities in 2022 to include Engineering, Product Management, and Design Operations, while leading a team to drive large-scale process transformations. Previously, as Senior Manager of Design Operations at HashiCorp, Jennifer established foundational processes to support rapid scaling of the design organization. Additional experience includes leading programs for Microsoft's global news platform at 10up, managing high-profile projects for Apple at Huge, and significantly growing digital services at IRON Creative. Jennifer holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
