Shawn Collins

Shawn Collins is an experienced business leader with a strong background in pricing, packaging, and business planning. Currently serving as the Vice President of Pricing & Packaging at HashiCorp since April 2024, Shawn focuses on building the business planning discipline to enhance cloud transformation and profitability. Previously at Microsoft from January 2015 to March 2024, Shawn held roles as Senior Director for Security Monetization and Business Planning, leading a team that more than doubled revenue in less than three years, and as Senior Director for Device Partner Solutions Growth Planning and Investments, managing significant marketing investments. Shawn also has substantial consulting experience from tenure at Boston Consulting Group, with notable projects in the pharmaceutical and utilities sectors. An accomplished real estate investor, Shawn was Principal & Owner of Well Capital LLC. Educational achievements include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Pomona College.
