In 2021, they became a Founding Investor at Reflekt Sustainables and Co-Founder and Managing Director at FAYNT. Ankur also became an Investor at HOLY Energy® in 2021 and an Investor and Advisor at Boingg! in the same year. In 2022, they became an Investor and Advisor at MANIKO Nails GmbH. Prior to these roles, Ankur worked as the Vice President Of Finance And Operations at Invincible Brands from 2017 to 2018. Ankur also held the position of VP Operations and Finance at HelloBody from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Ankur worked at Moema Espresso Republic, where they served as Vice President from 2016 to 2016 and Head of Profitability Streams from 2014 to 2016.

Ankur Bansal completed their Masters in Management from ESCP Business School during the period of 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelors in Technology in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2003 and 2008.
