Rilana Maria Kühn

Rilana Maria Kühn has a diverse work experience in the field of People and Culture management. Rilana Maria began their career at Hashtag You in 2023 as a Senior People & Culture Manager. Prior to this, they worked at EMPAUA from 2021 to 2023, initially as a People & Culture Lead and later as a People & Culture Manager. In 2018, they gained experience as a Recruiting Intern at VIAFON GmbH. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Project Manager for the "DAAD StuFen Project" at the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin, DAAD. Rilana Maria also engaged in volunteer work and worked as an Educational Work Intern at BERLINER STADTMISSION, Notunterkunft für Geflüchtete in 2015 and 2016.

Rilana Maria Kühn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology at the same institution from 2016 to 2020. Prior to their enrollment at the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin, they briefly studied Jurastudium, allgemein at Freie Universität Berlin from 2012 to 2013, although no degree was obtained in this field.
