We are looking for a personable individual to join our Residential Sales team to contribute to our future growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our experienced team based at our landmark Reading office, helping our customers find their dream homes.

Person Specification

  • Experience or interest in Estate Agency and the property industry
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • People first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good local knowledge
  • A willingness to learn
  • Full Driving Licence preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

We are flexible as to whether you would prefer to just conduct viewings, be office based or a mixture of both. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

  • Management of email inboxes
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings
  • Booking valuations
  • Conducting viewings and seeking offers
  • Providing thorough viewing feedback
  • Objection handling
  • Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities
  • Providing the best advice and service to the customer at all times

Hours of work

  • Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break
  • Additional hours during the week may be available to provide holiday cover if desired
