Cynthia Herkrath

Cynthia Herkrath is a seasoned urban design professional currently serving as a Senior Urban Designer at Hassell since August 2022. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Cynthia has advised clients through consultancy work from January 2019 to August 2022 and held various positions including City Design Lead at Penrith City Council and Senior Urban Designer at David Lock Associates. Cynthia's background includes significant roles in urban planning and development from UrbanGrowth NSW to municipal councils, complemented by a robust academic foundation with multiple degrees from prestigious institutions such as UNSW and the University of Technology Sydney. Cynthia's expertise is further enhanced through academic research and lecturing at the University of NSW.
