Brendon Moodley

Brendon Moodley has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance and IT sectors. Currently, they are working as the Head of Data Engineering (Technical Pricing and Data) at Hastings Direct since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Admiral Group Plc as the Head of IT (Advanced Analytics & Pricing) from 2020 to 2022 and as the Head of Delivery (Data & Analytics) from 2020 to 2021. Before that, Brendon worked at Aspen Insurance Group as the Head of Data and Analytics CoE from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Brendon also has experience working at ConVista Consulting as an Associate Partner and Senior Project Manager from 2010 to 2017. Additionally, they worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Program Office Manager and at ABSA (Group IT) as a Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they held roles at FNB South Africa, Clientele Limited, and Vodacom, where they gained experience in project management, business transformation, and quality assurance.

Brendon Moodley completed the New Managers Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand in an unspecified year. Brendon also obtained a Bcom Management degree in 2005 from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
