John Crawford

John Crawford has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and companies. John is currently working as the Head of Customer Loyalty at Hastings Direct since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as an Associate Director, focusing on Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation from June 2019 to July 2021. John also served as the Interim Head of Organisational Design at First Central for a 10-month contract from August 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they held leadership positions at Swinton Insurance, Towergate Insurance, The Co operative Insurance, Co operative Financial Services, The Co operative Bank, and ALDI Stores. Throughout their career, John has had extensive experience in customer service, sales, and project/programme management.

John Crawford attended Lancaster University Business School from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Strategic Leadership. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they attended The University of Manchester and pursued a degree in Town & Country Planning.
