Steffi Reeves-Bird

Steffi Reeves-Bird has extensive experience in risk management and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Risk Manager and Risk Assurance Advisor at Hastings District Council since August 2020, Steffi oversees risk management initiatives. Previously, as Operations & Data Coordinator at Kea, Steffi was instrumental in the organization's transition between CRM systems and supported all operational aspects. Steffi's experience also includes serving as a Youth Coach at Youth Horizons, where mentoring and support were provided to young clients, and multiple roles at Bank of New Zealand, focusing on operational risk, business continuity management, and customer service. Additionally, Steffi has a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management and has completed a Te Reo Maori course at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
