Lisa Wäntig

Lisa Wäntig has held various roles in the tech and marketing industries since 2009. Lisa began as an Intern/ Working Student at FUJIFILM Europe GmbH in 2009, then moved to the German National Tourist Office as a Marketing Intern in 2013. In 2014, they joined NTT Communications as a Marketing Assistant Manager (Global IP Transit/ Asia Region Manager). In 2015, they became the Head of Business Development at Wantedly Inc., then moved to International Team Expansion/ Operations Manager in 2017 when Wantedly filed for IPO. In 2020, they began their MBA at ESMT Berlin. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Operations at Hasty.ai, which was later acquired by CloudFactory in 2022.

Lisa Wäntig obtained their High School Diploma from Yokohama Senior High School of International Studies (Gaigo High School) in 2007. Lisa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Düsseldorf in 2009, majoring in Modern Japanese Studies and minoring in English Studies, which they completed in 2014. In 2013, Lisa attended the University of the Ryukyus for their Business Japanese and Internship Programm. In the same year, they also began a dual degree program with Keio University and Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, which they completed in 2014. Most recently, Lisa earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA from ESMT Berlin in 2021, and was awarded the MBA Certificate and Presidential Honor Scholar.
