Afonso Ferreira

Afonso Ferreira has a diverse range of work experience. Afonso started their career as the Chief Technology Officer at Plataforma Reset from December 2013 to December 2015. Following this, they worked at Oxy Capital as a Private Equity Analyst from September 2015 to March 2016. Afonso then became a self-employed Software and Business Consultant from April 2016 to March 2017. In 2017, they co-founded and became the CEO of SENSAMAY, while also participating as the CEO of Sensaway at HATCH Blue from April 2018 onwards. Additionally, they were involved in the StartUp Voucher program at StartUP Portugal from April 2017 to March 2018.

Afonso Ferreira began their education in 2008 at the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, where they completed their first year of Bachelor's degree. Afonso then transferred to Instituto Superior Técnico in 2009 and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, which they completed in 2012.

In 2012, Afonso Ferreira moved to Delft University of Technology to pursue a double degree program in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Control and Simulation. Afonso completed this program in 2013.

Following their double degree program at Delft University of Technology, Afonso Ferreira returned to Instituto Superior Técnico in 2013 to pursue a second double degree program, this time in collaboration with TU Delft. Afonso focused on Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Control and Simulation, which they completed in 2015.

Throughout their education, Afonso Ferreira focused on Aerospace Engineering, with a specific interest in Control and Simulation.
