Mike Polischuk

Senior Software Engineer at Hatch

Mike Polischuk has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Mike started their career as a Software Developer at mPrest in 2006 and then worked at IDF as a Software Team Leader from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they co-founded Commun.it, where they played a significant role in designing and developing the app's backend and core algorithms. Mike also managed the product lifecycle, engaged with customers, and conducted A/B testing. From 2012 to 2014, Mike served as the Head of Engineering at Baligam. At VATBox, they worked as a Lead Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Hatch.

Mike Polischuk attended various institutions to further their education and acquire certifications. Mike'seducational journey began in 1997 at Bosmat Technological School in Haifa. There, they studied electronics for three years, until 2000. Following this, Mike enrolled in Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2004. As they continued to enhance their knowledge and skills, Mike returned to Technion for an MBA in Business Administration, completing the program between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Mike obtained a certification as a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer in August 2020 through Triplebyte institution.
