Justine Rapoport has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Justine began their career as an intern at Intex in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Streetmarc Advertising & Marketing, where they created and updated databases for sweepstakes and conducted research for campaigns. Justine then joined Mindshare Media & TicketsMV.com as a Marketing & Web Programs Assistant from 2007 to 2009.

In 2008, Justine became the Store Manager at Mosher Photo Store, where they managed inventory control and ensured excellent customer service. Justine then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Honorcraft, Inc from 2009 to 2010, utilizing marketing skills for research and lead generation and handling administrative projects.

Their next role was as a Volunteer at the National Center on Family Homelessness in 2010. From 2011 to 2015, Justine served as the Manager of Client Services at HeadRush Creative, llc. Finally, they became the VP of Client Services and a Partner at Hatch130 in 2015.
