Jenelle Maddox

Jenelle Maddox has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jenelle currently serves as the Vice President of Client Growth at InfoTrust, a global digital analytics consulting firm. In this role, they assist companies in making informed decisions through data analysis. Prior to this, Jenelle worked at Fathom where they held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Client Experience and Account Director. Jenelle was responsible for managing client relationships, revenue growth, team operations, and strategic planning. Earlier in their career, they worked at Kronos as a Senior Account Executive in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Jenelle gained sales experience at Lexicomp, where they served as a Strategic Accounts Representative and played a key role in rebranding initiatives. Jenelle also worked as an Account Executive, managing corporate and academic accounts.

Jenelle Maddox has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Broadcast Journalism from Kent State University. Jenelle also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Communication & Marketing (MCM) from Franklin University. Prior to their higher education, they pursued Honors and Advanced Prep Courses at Stow Munroe Falls High School.
