Aditya Swami is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Product Development at Hatcher+, where leadership of product and engineering teams has resulted in the development of Hatcher+ FAAST™, a solution that enhances fund administration through automated data processing and AI-powered deal origination. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, specializing in cybersecurity and creating innovative web platforms. Notable internships at Accenture and Citi contributed to skills in software engineering and corporate banking. Aditya holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, both from the National University of Singapore.
