Jay Holt

Jay Holt is an experienced executive in sales and growth management within the food industry. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Hatcheri Foods since June 2019, Jay previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Columbus Craft Meats from June 2013 to June 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Sales at LYFE Kitchen, where a national customer launch strategy was designed for the brand, and Vice President of Customer Management at Hillshire Brands, overseeing sales for significant retail partners. Additional experience includes leadership positions as National Sales Director at FHP and in sales management at Unilever, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego.
