Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips has extensive experience in the food industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Kevin is currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and GM at Hatcheri Foods since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The J.M. Smucker Company as the Marketing Director from October 2013 to December 2020. Before that, they held positions at Hillshire Brands (formerly Sara Lee) as the Director from October 2012 to October 2013, and as the Sr. Brand Manager from November 2008 to October 2012. Kevin also worked at Mars as the Sr. Brand Manager from November 2006 to November 2008, and at Kimberly-Clark as the Brand Manager from April 2005 to December 2006. Kevin's career started at Sara Lee Foods as a Brand Manager from 1999 to April 2005.

Kevin Phillips attended Mississippi State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. In 1998, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at the Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry.
