Scott Kucirek

Scott Kucirek is an experienced business leader with a strong background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as General Manager at Hatcheri Foods since February 2024, Scott works with a team to support emerging food brands in their growth efforts. Previously, as CEO of OCHO Candy, Inc. from August 2010 to October 2023, Scott managed day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for a successful line of organic Fair Trade chocolate confections. Scott also held leadership roles including President of the California Association of Realtors, Managing Partner at NorCal Women's Soccer, GM at Prudential CA, NV, TX, and co-founder of ZipRealty, Inc., which became a publicly traded company under Scott's leadership. Scott earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
