Jodie Holliday

Jodie Holliday is an experienced culinary professional with a strong focus on pastry work and management roles in various hospitality settings. Currently serving as Pastry Sous Chef at M Street Entertainment Group since July 2024, Jodie previously held positions such as Pastry Cook at Southall - Farm and Inn and Shift Lead at Ladybird Taco. Noteworthy experience includes multiple roles at SoDel Concepts, where Jodie advanced from Pastry Prep Cook to Pastry Sous Chef. Prior to this, Jodie contributed to the success of Metro Diner, including roles as Kitchen Manager and Floating Manager. Additionally, experience includes management and supervisory roles at Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings, demonstrating a comprehensive background in both culinary arts and customer service. Jodie holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Wilmington University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
