Joseph McGrath

Joseph McGrath has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Hattie B's Hot Chicken since August 2019, after holding various positions within the company including Assistant General Manager and Catering and Special Events Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as a Catering Specialist at On The Square Restaurant, Store Manager at Coffee Emporium, and Sales Manager at Macy's. Joseph McGrath co-founded the Xavier Urban Farm, contributing to the production of organic produce for Xavier University, and has also served as Campus Manager for University Tees. Additional experience includes a barista position at Coffee Emporium, an internship with the Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati, and a role as Green Venue Manager at the Flying Pig Marathon. Joseph McGrath holds a degree in Business Sustainability, Economics, and Management from Xavier University.
