Katrina has worked for Sir Christopher Hatton Academy and Hatton Academies Trust for 14 years, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial and management accounting and payroll.

Having worked in NHS finance for 17 years, Katrina was responsible for all aspects of accounting and payroll management throughout her tenure and also trained as a specialised Counter Fraud Officer. With over 30 years of public sector financial management experience, Katrina has a strong reputation for her diligence in ensuring continual budget constraints are overcome while ensuring value for money is achieved. She is meticulous in upholding the Trust’s financial procedures and maintaining robust internal financial controls to deliver regulatory compliance with all aspects of finance and audit. Katrina's practical knowledge and experience is well complimented by her Advanced Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification.

Katrina leads the Trust’s in-house finance and payroll team, using her extensive knowledge of accounting, payroll, pensions and taxation to deliver a first class service, with a firmly established reputation for quality, integrity and accuracy.
