Basti Koch is a seasoned professional in the field of instructional design and product development, currently serving as Business Owner and Product Director at Haufe Akademie since September 2021, where the focus is on innovative learning solutions. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Head of Brand Experience and Creative Director at Haufe Group from January 2015 to September 2021. Basti's extensive career also includes positions such as Solution Architect at Atfront AG, Senior Creative Producer at Hugo & Cat, and various instructional design roles at organizations like CNSTAR, Jansky Institute, and the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research. Basti holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Instructional Design from The University of Freiburg, complemented by further education through the altMBA program in 2021.
