Dr. Irène Y. Kilubi

Dr. Irène Y. Kilubi's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. In 2023, they worked as a Podcast Host for Zukunft Personal I ZP Diaries hosted by Dr. Irène Kilubi at spring Messe Management GmbH. Dr. Irène Y. also worked as an Author for Murmann Publishers GmbH, where they wrote a book called "You Are More Than a Number," which explores the significance of age diversity.

Since 2020, Dr. Kilubi has been working as the Initiator & Organisational Lead at JOINT GENERATIONS, a social impact initiative that brings together people of different ages to promote intergenerational and sustainable collaboration. Dr. Irène Y. has also been involved with brandPreneurs & brandFluencers since 2019, where they have held various roles such as Founder & Managing Director, Facilitator, and Consultant, focusing on digital marketing, community branding, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Irène Y. Kilubi has a diverse education history. Dr. Irène Y. holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from the University of Warwick. Dr. Irène Y. also completed a Ph.D. in Business Engineering, specializing in Production Economics and Industrial Management, from the University of Bremen. In addition, they obtained a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and Logistics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Dr. Kilubi further received a German diploma equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in International Business (Business Administration) from Hochschule Bochum | Bochum University of Applied Sciences. Dr. Irène Y. also achieved certifications such as a Diploma in Systemic Trainer & Adult Educator and a Diploma in Systemic Coach & Adviser from the Coach Trainer Akademie Schweiz.

In terms of additional certifications, Dr. Kilubi has obtained various qualifications including a Summer School program from Media Lab Bayern and a second-place position in the PANDA Digital Leadership Contest 2019 powered by Payback.
