Currently serving at corecreate collaboration since 2010 as a consultant and trainer, Elsa designs and facilitates workshops, coaching sessions, and team processes, fostering a culture of collaborative leadership and communication. Elsa also provides in-house training for Haufe Akademie since 2018 on various topics including team leadership and design thinking, and lectures on design thinking at Hochschule RheinMain.
