Gerhard Weitzel-Konstanzer

Gerhard Weitzel-Konstanzer currently serves as the Process Manager for Enterprise-wide Digitization and Automation at Haufe Akademie, where responsibilities include establishing a process management community, coordinating process improvements, and implementing digital applications alongside innovative AI solutions. Previously, Gerhard held positions such as Site Investigation Lead at Pfizer, Project Manager and Project Chemist at Bachem, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Novartis Pharma. Gerhard began an academic career as a Scientific Associate and PhD student at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau, specializing in organic chemistry and the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. Gerhard holds a Dr. rer. nat. and a Diploma in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg.
