Silje Gildestad

Silje Gildestad has extensive experience in financial management and consultancy, currently serving as a Rådgiver Hospitaldrift and previously as a Controller at Haukeland universitetssjukehus since May 2016. Prior to this role, Silje held multiple positions at Aker Solutions from May 2010 to April 2016, including Financial Control Lead, Financial Controller, and Senior Consultant. Silje earned an Executive MBA in Prosessledelse from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in June 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in Økonomi og administrasjon from the same institution in June 2009.
