Mark Fournier

Mark Fournier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, implementation management, and cargo claims services. Currently serving as the Lead Implementation Manager at Hauler Hero since September 2025, Fournier previously held the position of Director of Solutions Engineering at Routeware, Inc. for over thirteen years, where responsibilities included managing a team of Solution Engineers and providing presales support.
