James Alden

James Alden is a seasoned professional in the logistics and customer service sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Haultec LLC since March 2025. Prior to this role, James held positions such as Customer Service and Logistics Manager at Fresh Freight from November 2016 to March 2025, and Freight Manager at Fairchild Freight, LLC from July 2015 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing a national produce account and problem-solving across multiple platforms. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Restaurant Manager at Chompie's from October 2010 to October 2014, overseeing employee management and customer service operations. James is an alumnus of Northern Arizona University and a graduate of Sunnyslope High School.
