Joshua Pritchett

Joshua Pritchett is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in patent law. Currently serving as a Partner and Patent Attorney at Hauptman Ham, LLP, and Lowe Hauptman & Ham, LLP since August 2011, Joshua has a strong background in intellectual property. Previously, Joshua worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from July 2002 to August 2011 as a Primary Patent Examiner, where significant contributions included examining patent applications in semiconductor optics and issuing over 3,700 Office Actions. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property from Georgetown University Law Center and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
