Matt Otto

Matt Otto joined Hauser in January 2016. Mr. Otto brings over 20 years of strong business background in insurance and financial services to Hauser. As Senior Consultant, Mr. Otto is responsible for the development and management of the annual service plan for each client. Includes: delivery of service excellence, providing annual stewardship report, and review and analysis of claims and utilization data for management purposes. He also supports matters of finance, business planning, due diligence, communication, well-being, and special projects.

Prior to joining Hauser Insurance Group in 2016, Mr. Otto served eight years as Director of Key Accounts for Humana, Inc. where he and his team focused on employee benefits and the healthcare/well-being field to develop commercial employer strategies. Prior to Humana, Mr. Otto served nine years in various leadership positions with American Financial Group, Inc., including Director of Enterprise Services where he developed and implemented effective strategies which drove performance improvement and captured cost reductions; and Executive Relationship Manager where he developed and maintained relationships with executive, management and operational level contacts primarily with Fortune 500 organizations.

Mr. Otto also spent three years as Senior Auditor – Commercial Credit Quality at Fifth Third Bancorp and four years as Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP focusing on healthcare.
