Marie Gloanec

Marie Gloanec has extensive experience in health project management, currently serving as Chef de projet at Haute Autorité de Santé since January 2010. In this role, Gloanec manages the national project e-Satis, which measures patient satisfaction and experience in hospitals, and oversees the campaigns for quality and safety indicators in mental health and home hospitalization. Gloanec previously worked as an Ingénieur d’études at Inserm, focusing on performance measurement and quality improvement in healthcare. Educational qualifications include a current DIU in patient safety and risk management from Université Paris-Saclay, a Master 2 in social sciences from Nantes Université, a Maîtrise in environmental and health engineering from Aix-Marseille University, and a DUT in biological engineering from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
