Greg Milbourne started their work experience as a Creative Director at iris Worldwide in 2016, where they worked on a global pitch for Samsung. Greg then moved on to VCCP in 2017, where they led pitches for Nationwide social and the GLA, and worked on projects for EasyJet and the Meerkats. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Creative Director at AMV BBDO. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Creative Director at The&Partnership, Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi London, and Good Brains for Good Brands. In 2021, they joined Havas as a Creative Director, where they created the current teacher recruitment campaign. In 2022, they returned to Ogilvy as a Creative Director Senior Team.

Greg Milbourne attended Newcastle College from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Advertising and Marketing, with a focus on Advertising and Life.
