Shannon Novak

Shannon Novak has had a diverse career in the field of human resources. Shannon started their career at Columbia University as a Recruitment Coordinator in 1997. Shannon then joined Young & Rubicam as a Human Resources Coordinator in 1999. Novak had a brief stint at Havas Worldwide New York (formerly Euro RSCG New York) as a Human Resources Manager from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they joined AKQA as a Human Resources Manager and also became the Director of Human Resources at Havas Worldwide New York during the same year. Novak worked at Havas for a significant period, holding the positions of Group Talent Director from 2017 to 2019, and Chief Talent Officer from September 2019 onwards.
