Susan Baptista

Susan Baptista, CPP has extensive experience in payroll and human resources. Susan worked at Havas Worldwide as the VP, Director of Payroll and HRIS, where they successfully implemented new payroll and HRIS systems. Susan served as Treasurer at the Greater Boston Chapter of the American Payroll Association and held various roles at the New England Payroll Conference, including Secretary, Chair of Education, and Co-Chair of Education. Susan also served as the President of the Greater Boston Chapter of the American Payroll Association and as a Region 7 Board of Advisor for the American Payroll Association. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Arnold Worldwide and Compass Bank for Savings. Susan's career also includes being a Professional Development Instructor at Curry College.

Susan also holds a Jr. Acctng degree in Accounting from Kinyon Campbell Business School, obtained in 1981.
