Tracy McMahon

Tracy McMahon has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2012. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Havas Formula, Tracy previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at the same company. Before their time at Havas Formula, Tracy worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Mission Federal Credit Union. Tracy's expertise includes administering benefit programs and maintaining personnel records in compliance with regulations. Tracy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Tracy is currently pursuing an MBA at Pepperdine University.
