Wes Harris

Wes Harris is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in agency operations and business transformation, currently serving as the Global Chief Transformation Officer at Havas Health Network and Co-Chair of the Agency Operations and Business Transformation Committee at the 4A's. As a Board Advisor for Deliverable and OnLoop, Wes provides strategic guidance on product roadmaps and market approaches. Previously, Wes held various leadership roles at R/GA, culminating in the position of Global Chief Operating Officer, where management of a $350M+ global agency was pivotal. Early career experience includes a managerial role at PwC, where Wes led teams in digital production for Fortune 100 clients. Wes holds a BS in Psychology and Economics from Connecticut College and studied at The University of Edinburgh.
