Gilmar Tadeu Souza

Gilmar Tadeu Souza is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in production management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Havas Worldwide Brasil since September 2003. With a strong background in overseeing graphic production, RTV commercial finalization, photographic studio management, art buying, and creative control, Gilmar excels in supplier management, negotiations, and contract management. Prior to this role, Gilmar held the position of Operations Manager at Fischer America and served as Operations Controller at Salles Publicidade. Gilmar is an alumnus of ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, holding a degree in Advertising.
