Julian Ward

Julian Ward has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Julian currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Havas Lynx Group since September 2021. Previously, Julian held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition, UK & Ireland at Mediabrands UK from February 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Stickyeyes for nearly 9 years, specializing in digital strategy and multi-channel integration. Julian also has experience as the Managing Partner at Initiative Executive Limited, where they focused on executive recruitment in the procurement and cost management sector.
