Vernon Bainton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vernon began their career as an SHO Anaesthetics at the NHS: Nottingham - Queens Medical Centre Acute Hospital Trust in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Vernon then served as a Contract Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager at Janssen-Cilag and Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2003. In 2005, they joined Ogilvy 4D as a Senior Account Executive. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Transart (S&H) as an Account Manager and later as an Account Director. Vernon then served as a Group Account Director at Sudler & Henessey (Transart) for a brief period in 2009 before becoming a Medical Director at Sudler & Hennessey, where they worked until 2012. Vernon then moved on to Health4Brands Europe (part of the HAVAS global network) as a VP, Medical Director from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they worked at DigitasLBi as a Client Partner before joining Havas Lynx Group, where they first served as a Medical Director from 2014 to 2017 and currently holds the position of Chief Medical Officer. In these roles, they provided medical and strategic counsel, combined digital and communication expertise, and played a vital role in driving the transformation of healthcare for multiple stakeholders and improving health outcomes for patients.
