Cynthia Kent Machata has an extensive background in media and advertising, with significant roles at Havas Media Group, Initiative, tenthavenue, Mediacom, MediaVest, Havas Media Group, and Young & Rubicam. Throughout their career, they have held titles such as EVP, Managing Director, SVP, and Media Director, overseeing client leadership, planning, strategy, insights, and global media direction. Cynthia Kent'sresponsibilities have included managing digital portfolios, developing targeting intelligence, pitching and launching campaigns for global brands, and revamping co-op programs.
