Matt Bain

Matt Bain is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in account management and media relations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Havas People since June 2023, Bain previously held the role of Communications Specialist and Media Liaison at Burnett Foundation Aotearoa from October 2018 to February 2023. Prior positions include Senior Account Executive at Undertow Media, News Editor at Techday, and various roles at Auckland Council, where Bain contributed as a Senior Library Assistant focusing on Children & Youth, among other capacities. Bain began the career with internships at Rip It Up and Fairfax Media. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Communication from Auckland University of Technology, completed between 2010 and 2012, and attendance at Rosehill College from 2008 to 2009.
