Rebecca'sexpertise includes creating globally aligned employer brands, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing employee engagement. Rebecca has held positions such as Head of Strategy at Havas People, Freelance Communications Consultant & Director at GRR Communications Ltd, Client Director at TMP Worldwide UK, Group Account Director at Stafford Long & Partners, and Group Account Director at work communications. Rebecca also has experience in account management, having worked at JWT Specialized Communications and Versutus, where they worked with clients such as J.P. Morgan, Shell, AXA, KPMG, Sainsbury's, Penguin Books, and local government.

Rebecca Reffell attended Woolmer Hill County Secondary School from 1989 to 1994. Rebecca then went on to study at Swansea University from 1995 to 1998, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
