Laure Ayel

Laure Ayel is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Chief of Staff for Havas Creative Network & Havas Health Network since April 2025. Prior to this role, Laure held several key positions at Havas, including Head of Global Intelligence & Innovation, where responsibilities included developing data and strategic tools to enhance client performance and leading the Havas Meaningful Brands(TM) study. Laure's earlier experience includes serving as Global Managing Partner for Growth & Marketing, where oversight of significant new business pitches for major brands was central, and as Director of Agency Strategic Affairs at Havas North America, contributing to award-winning campaigns and agency operations. Laure's career began with roles at EuroRSCG, the Embassy of France in the United States, and Air France, alongside an academic background in communication and social sciences from prestigious institutions in France.
