Marco Villella

Marco Villella is the Head of People & Talent for ANZ at Havas, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Marco served as Talent Acquisition Lead and Group Talent Partner at WPP AUNZ and GroupM Australia & New Zealand from January 2020 to February 2024, focusing on providing elite talent opportunities within the respective communities. Marco's earlier experience includes roles as Talent Lead and Talent Specialist at IPG Mediabrands, and as Manager - Digital & Media at Hart Resources Group. Previous positions also encompass Senior Consultant at nuclei recruitment, Personal Banker at Westpac, and Customer Service Consultant at ANZ. Marco was elected Student President at Australian Catholic University, where advocacy for the student body was key. Marco holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in HR and Marketing from Australian Catholic University.
