Mohamed Salmi

Mohamed Salmi has extensive experience in operations and human resources management, currently serving as the Head Of Operations for HR Digital Solutions at Havas Group since September 2018. In this role, responsibilities include managing the global implementation of Havas Global HRIS, focusing on areas such as Core HCM, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management. Prior experience includes roles as a Global HRIS Project Manager, Global HRIS Analyst, and Project Intern within the same organization, where tasks involved project management oversight, requirement gathering, testing, training development, and internal communications.
